The one thing that struck us was how friendly all the staff there were and how genuine it was too. They took the time to talk through our options for treatment and even gave us some fresh bedding and cleaned the cat basket as our cat is not a good traveller and gets very stressed.
On our first impression, I could not recommend Cotswold Vets enough, it's clear they have a strong passion for animals and gave great personable customer service that was much appreciated.
